نعيد الإعراب عن عميق قلقنا إزاء المخاطر المحتملة البيئية والأمنية المترتبة على نقل المواد المشعة والنفايات الخطرة الأخرى عن طريق البحر أو أي طرق ملاحية مائية أخرى. ونحث جميع الدول، لا سيما تلك التي تنقل هذه المواد، أن تعزز المعايير القانونية الدولية فيما يتصل بالأمن وإجراءات المسؤولية على هذا الشكل من أشكال النقل وذلك عن طريق التطبيق الفعال للالتزامات المتخذة في إطار الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والمنظمة البحرية العالمية والمحافل الدولية الأخرى.

We reiterate our deep concern over the potential serious ecological and security risks of transporting radioactive material and other dangerous waste by sea or other navigable waters and urge all States, particularly those that transport such materials, to strengthen the international legal code as regards security and responsibility measures applicable to this mode of transportation, through the effective application of the commitments adopted within the IAEA, the IMO and other international fora.

Reiteramos nuestra profunda preocupación por los serios riesgos potenciales en materia ecológica y de seguridad del transporte de material radiactivo y otros desechos peligrosos por mar u otras aguas navegables y exhortamos a todos los Estados, particularmente a aquéllos que transportan este tipo de materiales, a fortalecer el código legal internacional en lo que se refiere a medidas de seguridad y responsabilidad aplicables a esta forma de transporte, a través del cumplimiento eficaz de los compromisos adoptados en el OIEA, la Organización Marítima Internacional (OMI) y otros foros internacionales.

Nous réitérons le souci profond que nous inspirent les risques potentiels mais sérieux que font peser sur l’écologie et sur la sécurité les transports de matières radioactives et d’autres déchets dangereux par voie maritime ou fluviale et demandons instamment à tous les États, et plus particulièrement ceux qui transportent ce genre de matières, de durcir les mesures de sécurité et de responsabilité figurant au code juridique international applicable à ces modes de transport, à travers le strict respect des engagements approuvés au sein de l’AIEA, de l’OMI et d’autres forum internationaux.

Мы вновь выражаем нашу глубокую озабоченность в связи с потенциальными серьезными угрозами в плане экологии и безопасности, которые возникают вследствие перевозки радиоактивных материалов и других опасных отходов по морю или другим судоходным водотокам, и настоятельно призываем все государства, особенно государства, которые занимаются перевозкой таких материалов, укрепить международный правовой кодекс с точки зрения мер безопасности и несения ответственности, которые применимы к этому способу перевозки, благодаря строгому соблюдению обязательств, принятых в рамках МАГАТЭ, ИМО и других международных форумов.
