Syria emphasizes that those States that are training, arming, funding and harbouring terrorists and helping them to enter the country and that are marshalling their media to agitate for what they call jihad are responsible for the spread of terrorism and the direct threat it poses to security and peace at the regional and international levels.

La República Árabe Siria pone de relieve que los Estados que están capacitando, armando, financiando y dando refugio a terroristas y ayudándolos a entrar en el país y que están consiguiendo el apoyo de sus medios de comunicación para agitar en pro de lo que denominan yihad son responsables de propagar el terrorismo y la amenaza directa que supone para la paz y la seguridad a nivel regional e internacional.
