In order to ensure adequate, fair and consistent prices to our farmers for their produce, the State Government is offering an incentive of Rs.50/-per quintal for the common variety and Rs.70 per quintal for the fine variety over and above the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of the Central Government, thereby providing a final price of Rs.1,130 per quintal for the ordinary variety and Rs.1,180 per quintal for the fine variety of paddy.

நமது விவசாயிகளின் விளை பொருள்களுக்கு, போதிய, நியாயமான, உத்தரவாதமான விலை கிடைப்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் நோக்கோடு, மத்திய அரசு நெல்லுக்கு நிர்ணயித்த அடிப்படை ஆதரவு விலையை விடக், கூடுதலாக, குவிண்டால் ஒன்றுக்கு சாதாரண ரகத்திற்கு 50 ரூபாயும், சன்ன ரகத்திற்கு 70 ரூபாயும் ஊக்கத் தொகையாக மாநில அரசு வழங்கி வருகிறது.
