When changes take place in the general data which have been reported, the mandated persons must bring them to the notice of the Banking Commission, through the Inspectorate, within fifteen (15) days of the change.

Cuando haya modificaciones en los datos generales reportados, las personas obligadas deberán hacerlo del conocimiento de la Superintendencia de Bancos, a través de la Intendencia, en un plazo de quince (15) días después de efectuado el cambio correspondiente.
