Bullying is a widespread social uneasiness, it is a synonym of disaffection in interpersonal relationships of adolescents and young people, but it is not linked to a specific category neither in society nor in the registry office. Bullying evolves with age, changes year by year and in adulthood we will acknowledge it in many and too many social, working and familiar misbehaviors. As for a definition, we can say that “a student is bullied when he/she is victimized and abused, when s/he is continuously subjected to offensive attitudes carried out by one or more classmates”.

Il bullismo è un malessere sociale fortemente diffuso, sinonimo di un disagio relazionale che si manifesta soprattutto tra adolescenti e giovani, ma sicuramente non circoscritto a nessuna categoria né sociale né tanto meno anagrafica. Il bullismo si evolve con l'età, cambia forma, ed in età adulta lo ritroveremo in tante, troppe prevaricazioni sociali, lavorative e familiari.Provando a dare una sintetica definizione, in genere, "Uno studente è oggetto di azioni di bullismo, ovvero è prevaricato o vittimizzato, quando viene esposto, ripetutamente nel corso del tempo, alle azioni offensive messe in atto da parte di uno o più compagni" (Olweus 1996).
