وكان المجلس التأسيسي قد اتخذ خطوة ايجابية في هذا الاتجاه يوم 10 ديسمبر/كانون الأول من خلال إدراج فصل في القانون المؤقت لتنظيم السلط يعمل على إصلاح السلطة القضائية بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية في هذا المجال.

The assembly took a positive step in this direction on December 10 by including in the Law for the Provisional Organization of Powers an article endorsing the need to reform the judiciary in line with international standards.
