ينبغي أن يدعو المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي جميع البلدان والجهات الأخرى صاحبة المصلحة التي بمقدورها أن تقدم مساهمات مالية مضمونة وكافية في الصندوق الاستئماني للإطار العشري ومن خلال قنوات تمويل الإطار الأخرى إلى القيام بذلك بحيث يتسنى تنفيذ البرامج في الوقت المقرر على الصعيدين الوطني والإقليمي وعلى النطاق الذي تطلبه طائفة عريضة من الجهات الفاعلة؛

The Economic and Social Council should call upon all countries and other stakeholders in the position to do so to secure predictable and adequate financial contributions to the 10-year framework trust fund, as well as through other funding channels to the framework, so as to enable the timely implementation of its programmes at the national and regional levels, on the scale being requested by a wide range of actors;

El Consejo Económico y Social debe hacer un llamamiento a todos los países y otras partes interesadas que estén en condiciones de hacerlo para que aseguren unas contribuciones financieras suficientes y previsibles al fondo fiduciario del marco decenal, así como a través de otros canales de financiación para el marco, a fin de posibilitar la aplicación oportuna de sus programas en los planos nacional y regional, a la escala que han solicitado múltiples agentes;
