Following the offender’s return to custody, the CSC can cancel the warrant of apprehension and suspension within the following timeframes: 1. in the case of an offender serving a sentence of two years or more, within 30 calendar days after the recommitment or a shorter period as directed by the NPB; 2. in the case of an offender serving a sentence of less than two years, within 14 calendar days of the offender’s recommitment or a shorter period as directed by the NPB.

Suivant la réincarcération d’un délinquant, le SCC peut annuler le mandat d'arrestation et de suspension dans les délais suivants : 1. dans le cas d’un délinquant purgeant une peine de deux ans ou plus, dans les 30 jours civils qui suivent sa réincarcération ou dans un délai plus court que fixe la CNLC; 2. dans le cas d’un délinquant purgeant une peine de moins de deux ans, dans les 14 jours civils qui suivent sa réincarcération ou dans un délai plus court que fixe la CNLC.
