The nucleus of spermatocytes has a large nucleolus; the cytoplasm is filled with numerous ribosomes, mitochondria, cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER), Golgi bodies, and flattened osmiophilic cisternae, which are interpreted as the modified membranous organelles (MO) of the spermatozoa of other nematodes studied.

Le noyau des spermatocytes possède un grand nucléole et le cytoplasme des spermatocytes contient de nombreux ribosomes, mitochondries, citernes de l'ergastoplasme (RER), corps de Golgi et citernes osmiophiles aplaties que nous croyons être les organites membraneux (MO) modifiés trouvés dans le sperme des autres nématodes examinés.
