وينص هذا الأمر على أنه عند تقديم أحد أفراد المجتمع شكوى ضد أحد أفراد قوات الشرطة، فإن المسألة تحال إلى ضابط تحقيق برتبة مفتش أو أعلى، على ألا يكون قائد الشرطة أو نائب قائد الشرطة.

That Order provides that where a complaint against a member of the Force is received from a member of the public the matter shall be referred to an investigating officer of, or above, the rank of Inspector, but not the Chief Officer or Deputy Chief Officer.

Este Decreto dispone que, cuando se recibe del público una denuncia contra un funcionario de la Policía, el asunto debe remitirse a un oficial investigador o de grado superior, con jerarquía de Inspector, pero no al Oficial Jefe ni al Oficial Subjefe.
