Am sichersten ist es, sie an den Anfang einer jeden Quelldatei zu stellen, um den Gewährleistungsausschluß möglichst deutlich darzustellen; zumindest aber sollte jede Datei die „Copyright“-Zeile besitzen sowie einen kurzen Hinweis darauf, wo die vollständigen Vermerke zu finden sind.
