وقالت فيما يتعلق بنظام الاتفاقات القضائية (السؤال رقم 16) إن بعض الإيضاحات المتصلة بمضمون تلك الاتفاقات ستسمح بتعيين ما إذا كانت مطابقة للمعايير الدولية المتصلة باستقلال السلطة القضائية وبالحق في محاكمة عادلة.

In respect of question 16, on the system of plea agreements, information on the content of those agreements would help assess whether they were compatible with international norms relating to the independence of the judiciary and the right to a fair trial.
