The present invention relates to a manipulator and, more specifically, to a manipulator capable of rotating in the directions of three axes, in which an X-Y stage is located on the rotation axis of a rotation part so that any X and Y points can be matched to the rotation axis of the rotation part and an ion beam, to be thereby capable of keeping an analysis condition identical, and in which an incident angle adjustment part adjusts the Z axis according to the incident angle of a light source, to be thereby capable of maintaining the analysis condition.
