I invite the Secretary of State for Wales, particularly with his previous experience as chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee, to tell us why there is a provision in the Bill on countering terrorism giving the Government the power to remove coroners and juries from particular inquests when Ministers deem it to be in the public interest.
