Die Bohrerspitze kann aus insgesamt homogenem Material bestehen und weist radial auswärts rückwärts geneigte Schneidkanten (2) auf, die aus dem einstückigen Material der Bohrerspitze bestehen können oder zusammengesetzt sind aus im zentrischen Bereich angeordneten Schneiden aus dem Bohrerspitzenmaterial und ergänzenden Schneiden, die von einer an die Bohrerspitze geschraubten Schneidplatte stammen.

The drill bit can consist of a homogenous material and has cutting edges (2) inclined radially outwards and backwards; these cutting edges can be formed in one piece from the drill bit material or are composed of blades mounted in the central region and made from the drill bit material and complementary blades originating from a cutter plate screwed onto the drill bit.
