(v) Under Section 4-6 of the Act, apprenticeship contracts may be terminated by both parties, in the following cases, and with the consent of the local committee for vocational training: when one of the parties is responsible for a substantial breach of the contract; when the apprentice is unable to continue the training; when the apprentice declares that the continuation of the training is the source of unreasonable inconveniences.

(v) L’article 4-6 de la loi précitée prévoit que la rupture du contrat d’apprentissage peut intervenir dans les cas suivant et avec le consentement du comité local pour la formation professionnelle : lorsque l’une des parties est responsable d’une rupture substantielle du contrat ; lorsque l’apprenti est dans l’impossibilité de continuer l’apprentissage ; lorsque l’apprenti déclare que la continuation de l’apprentissage lui cause de graves difficultés.
