Specific progress was noted in (a) the availability of the new release of the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF2014) and the significant contribution of GNSS data; (b) the refinement of the alignments of GNSS-associated reference frames to the ITRF; and (c) the information on the GNSS timing references, the publications of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures and the intercomparisons of GNSS time offsets.
