وتتولى العقوبات على النقل إحكام الحصار على الشعب السوري من خلال منع نقل النفط المتجه إلى سوريا على أية ناقلة تحمل أعلام تلك الدول.

The sanctions on transportation have inflicted an embargo on the Syrian population: oil may not be transported to or from Syria in any vessel that flies the flags of the States concerned.
