The Special Rapporteur is of the opinion that it is impossible not to perceive that this active link between one and the other constitutes the real and ultimate essence within the social fabric that sustains and guarantees the harmonious survival of the whole human community, no matter what type of political or social organization it has and no matter where it is located on our planet.
