8.2 Bei Werkverträgen hat die CIDEON Anspruch auf Abnahme sowie Teilabnahme ihrer erbrachten Leistungen, soweit diese vertragsgemäß erbracht sind und kann jeweils Teilabnahmen nach vertragsgemäßer Erbringungen der jeweiligen Projektstufe verlangen.

8.2 In the case of contracts for work and services CIDEON is entitled to the acceptance and partial acceptance of its performances if they were rendered in accordance with the terms of the contract and can respectively demand partial acceptance following the rendering of the respective project stage in accordance with the terms of the contract.
