The National Narcotic Drugs Council Revolving Fund for Prevention, Law Enforcement and Rehabilitation shall be responsible for financing the implementation of the policies of the National Narcotic Drugs Council, prevention, control and care programmes related to drug dependency and pharmacological monitoring, inter alia, and the operation of the National Narcotic Drugs Directorate.

El Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes será el encargado de financiar la ejecución de las políticas del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, los programas de prevención, control y asistencia en materia de farmacodependencia y vigilancia farmacológica, entre otros, y el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes.
