وبموجب التوجيه المذكور أعلاه على وجه الخصوص تقرر إنشاء لجنة لضمان تكافؤ الفرص تضم ممثلين عن كل من الموظفين الإداريين وغير الإداريين في كل إدارة؛ وستكون هذه اللجان فريدة حتى بالنسبة للإدارات التي يتعايش فيها الموظفون المعينون بموجب القانون العام والموظفون المتعاقدون؛ وستكون مدة عمل أعضاء اللجان أربع سنوات؛ ولكل لجنة نظامها الداخلي.

In particular by the above Directive it has been established that: In each administration, a CUG, which will include representatives of both management personnel and non‐managerial staff, will be created; The CUG will be unique even for the administrations where there is coexistence of staff employed under the public Law and contracted personnel; The Members of the CUG shall serve for four years; Each CUG will have its own internal rules of organization.

En particular, por la citada Directriz se ha dispuesto lo siguiente: Se creará en cada administración un comité encargado de garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades, integrado por representantes tanto del personal directivo como del no directivo; funcionará un solo comité de ese tipo incluso en las administraciones donde coexistan el personal empleado conforme al derecho público y el personal contratado; los miembros del comité cumplirán un mandato de cuatro años; cada comité contará con su propio reglamento orgánico interno.

Il a, en particulier, été établi par la Directive susmentionnée que : dans chaque administration, un CUG, qui comprendra des représentants du personnel de gestion comme du personnel autre que de gestion, sera créé; le CUG sera unique même pour les administrations dans lesquelles coexistent un personnel engagé au titre du Droit public et un personnel engagé par contrat; les membres du CUG exerceront leurs fonctions pendant quatre ans; chaque CUG aura son propre règlement intérieur.
