Special mention should be made of the technical and financial support received from international organizations, and notably that provided by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria for the National Epidemiological Monitoring Plan in the context of second-generation HIV, and from the Central American AIDS Prevention Project (PASCA) and, more recently, UNAIDS, for the launch of the National Statistics Plan 2005–2008.

Il convient de mentionner tout particulièrement l’appui technique et financier apporté par des organisations internationales, notamment par le Fonds mondial de lutte contre le sida, la tuberculose et le paludisme, au Plan national de surveillance épidémiologique de deuxième génération du VIH, le Programme de renforcement de la lutte contre le VIH en Amérique centrale (PASCA) et, plus récemment, l’appui apporté par l’ONUSIDA au Plan stratégique national (PEN) pour 2005-2008.
