The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cleaning tool, the method comprising: a step for filling, with a natural loofah sponge, a part of an internal space of a mold having a space therein; a step for forming a mixed solution, and adding Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac)to the formed mixed solution and stirring and mixing the mixed solution so as to produce a base material; a molding step for pouring the manufactured base material into the remaining space inside the mold filled with the natural loofah sponge, and forming a shape in which the natural loofah sponge and the base material come into close contact with each other; an ageing step; a steam heating step; and a cooling step.

본 발명은 세척용구의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간이 형성되어 있는 성형틀의 내부 공간 중 일부에 천연수세미를 충진 하는 단계; 배합용액을 형성한 후 형성된 배합용액에 곤약 분말을 첨가하고, 교반 혼합하여 원재료를 제조하는 단계; 상기 천연수세미가 충진되어 있는 성형틀 내부의 나머지 공간에 상기 제조된 원재료를 부어 넣어 상기 천연수세미와 원재료가 밀착된 형상을 형성하는 성형단계; 숙성단계; 증기가열단계 및 냉각 단계를 포함한다.
