This corner is a place that displays lilies, weeping willows, and wisterias inherited from Monet, which were painted by the famous French artist, Claude Monet, in his "Water Lilies" paintings. The Monet Corner is a prestigious place to which Monet water lilies were first introduced to Japan in 1996 to commemorate the opening of the botanical gardens.
