وفي ضوء هذه الخلفية التي تتسم باستمرار الاحتلال العسكري والتطهير العرقي لأراضي أذربيجان، يشكل إجراء ”انتخابات“ لعضوية هياكل النظام الانفصالي العميل هناك انتهاكا واضحا لدستور جمهورية أذربيجان، ولقواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي، وبالتالي، لن يكون له أي أثر قانوني.

Against this background of continuing military occupation and ethnic cleansing of the territories of Azerbaijan, the holding of “elections” for the structures of the puppet separatist regime there constitutes a clear violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the norms and principles of international law, and, therefore, shall have no legal effect whatsoever.
