The printing plate moves along the path of rotation of a circle having a radius of curvature identical to that of the circular arc of the printing plane of the printing plate through the three-axis mechanism in which the pair of vertical driving means and the horizontal driving means are synchronized with each other, and the printing plane thus tightly contacts and is separated from the substrate to be printed, from one side toward the other side of the substrate, in order to print a pattern.

La plaque d'impression se déplace le long du chemin de rotation d'un cercle ayant un rayon de courbure identique à celle de l'arc de cercle du plan d'impression de la plaque d'impression grâce au mécanisme triaxial dans lequel la paire de moyens d'entraînement vertical et le moyen d'entraînement horizontal sont synchronisés mutuellement, et le plan d'impression est donc en contact intime et est séparé du substrat à imprimer, depuis un côté vers l'autre côté du substrat, pour imprimer un motif.

본 발명에 따른 미세패턴 형성을 위한 3축 구동 인쇄장치는, 상면에 피인쇄기판이 장착되는 스테이지와; 상기 스테이지 상부측에 구비되며, 하면에 원호 형상의 인쇄면이 형성된 인쇄판과; 상기 인쇄판의 양단부에 각각 연결되어, 상기 인쇄판을 수직방향으로 구동시키는 한 쌍의 수직구동수단; 및 상기 인쇄판에 연결되어 상기 인쇄판을 수평방향으로 구동시키는 수평구동수단;을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 한 쌍의 수직구동수단과 상기 수평구동수단의 동기화된 3축 구동을 통해 상기 인쇄판을 상기 원호 형상의 인쇄면과 동일한 곡률반경을 갖는 원의 회전궤적을 따라 이동시킴으로써, 상기 인쇄면이 상기 피인쇄기판의 일측에서 타측으로 밀착 및 분리되면서 패턴을 인쇄하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
