[29] Es geht hier nicht um ein Argument der Zahl oder der „politischen Stärke« der Sans-Papiers, sondern um eine strukturelle Überlegung: Die Idee der Machtergreifung hat es in der Geschichte proletarischer revolutionärer Bewegungen erlaubt, vor das „Absterben des Staates« die Perspektive einer Art Interregnum einzuschieben, das durch nationale „Revolutionsregierungen« sowie durch eine „Internationale« geprägt war.

[29] This is not an argument based on the presumed number or the “political strength” of Sans-Papiers, but rather a structural consideration: within the history of proletarian revolutionary movements, the idea of a takeover of power has allowed the insertion, prior to the “withering away of the state”, of the perspective of a sort of interregnum, which was marked by national “revolutionary governments” as well as by an “International”.

On ferait un pas dans cette direction en incluant explicitement les ouvrières dans cette catégorie, avec toutes les conséquences que cela comporte ; un deuxième pas consisterait à situer le concept d’ouvrier dans le contexte de la division internationale du travail, c’est-à-dire à rapporter la réalité des ouvriers migrants en Europe aux multiples réalités dans ce qu’on appelle le « Sud global ». Un troisième pas serait de s’intéresser non seulement aux formes d’exploitation, mais aussi aux modes de rejet générés par les régimes actuels du travail.
