At its fifty-fourth session, in its resolution # of # ecember # the General Assembly took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the programme for the Second Industrial Development Decade for Africa ( # ) ( # ), which included information on the progress in the implementation of the Plan of Action for the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization and invited, inter-alia, the international community, the African Development Bank and other relevant regional institutions to support the implementation of the above-mentioned programme
