A rotational energy generator according to the present invention comprises: a support shaft selectively fixed at one side of a frame which supports a plurality of parts; one or more rotational bars which may freely rotate with respect to the support shaft; a plurality of phase-maintaining blades which may freely rotate at one side of the rotational bars and receives kinetic energy when in contact with fluid; and power transmission sections which are incorporated in the rotational bars and coupled at the support shaft and one side of the phase-maintaining blades so as to convert the kinetic energy provided to the phase-maintaining blades into rotational energy for the rotational bars.

Un générateur d'énergie rotative selon la présente invention comprend : un arbre support fixé sélectivement à un côté d'une armature qui supporte une pluralité de pièces ; une ou plusieurs barres rotatives qui peuvent tourner librement par rapport à l'arbre support ; une pluralité de lames de maintien de la phase qui peuvent tourner librement sur un côté des barres rotatives et qui reçoivent de l'énergie cinétique lorsqu'elles sont en contact avec un fluide ; et des sections de transmission d'énergie qui sont incorporées dans les barres rotatives et couplées au niveau de l'arbre support et à un premier côté des lames de maintien de phase de manière à convertir l'énergie cinétique fournie aux lames de maintien de phase en énergie de rotation pour les barres rotatives.

본 발명에 의한 회전에너지 발생장치는, 다수 부품을 지지하는 프레임 일측에 선택적으로 고정되는 지지축과, 상기 지지축을 기준으로 자유 회전 가능한 1개 이상의 회전바와, 상기 회전바의 일측에서 자유 회전 가능하고, 유체와 접촉하여 운동에너지를 수용하는 다수의 위상유지날개와, 상기 회전바 내부에 내장되고 양측은 상기 지지축과 위상유지날개의 일측에 결합되며, 상기 위상유지날개에 제공되는 운동에너지를 회전바의 회전에너지로 전환하는 힘전환부를 포함하여 구성된다.
