وعلى نحو مماثل، فإنَّ المادتين 65 و66 من القانون الجنائي تنصان على فترات تقادم العقوبات (ما بين عامين وعشرين عاما، حسب الحكم الصادر) وقواعد احتساب تاريخ بدء فترة التقادم، على الترتيب.
