শুক্রবার রাষ্ট্রপতি দুটো অধ্যাদেশে সম্মতি দিয়েছেন| এদের একটি হলো, বানিজ্যিক আদালত গঠন করা নিয়ে এবং দ্বিতীয়টি, ১৯৯৬-এর আরবিট্রেশন এন্ড কনসিলিয়েশন আইন সংশোধন করা নিয়ে | বানিজ্যিক আদালত হাইকোর্টগুলোর অধীনে থেকে শুধুমাত্র বানিজ্যিক ক্ষেত্রের বিবাদ নিস্পত্তির মামলা গ্রহণ করবে ও বিচার করবে | কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রিসভা এই দুটো অধ্যাদেশ প্রনয়ন করার জন্য ২১ অক্টোবর, ২০১৫ অনুমোদন দিয়েছিল এবং পরে তা রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছে সুপারিশ করা হয় | SC/ND/DB (Release ID :129937)

The President of India has promulgated two ordinances today- one for constitution of commercial courts and another to amend the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 One of the ordinances provides for the constitution of Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division in the High Courts for adjudicating commercial disputes of specified value and for matters connected there with or incidental thereto.
