ويبدأ الاستهلاك في الشهر الذي تحوز فيه عمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام أصلا معيناً وتتحكم فيه وفقاً لشروط التجارة الدولية ولا تقيد أي مبالغ استهلاك في الشهر الذي يتم فيه إخراج الأصل من الخدمة أو التصرف فيه.
