يتولى رئيس مكتب الاتصال للشؤون الإنسانية (مد-1) مهام الإشراف التنفيذي على كبار الموظفين في الأقسام الأربعة التي يتألف منها عنصر الاتصال في المجال الإنساني، ويضع هيكل التسلسل الإداري الموحد الخاص بكبار الموظفين في تلك الوحدات ويحافظ عليه.

The Head of the Humanitarian Liaison Office (D-1) will provide operational supervision of senior staff in the four sections that comprise the humanitarian liaison component and establish and maintain standard reporting lines for senior officers in these units.
