وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، تلقت مفوضية حقوق الإنسان تقارير تفيد بأن الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام قد فرضت في محافظة الرقة تدابير تمييزية على الطائفة المسيحية تشمل حظر بناء أو ترميم الكنائس والأديرة، وعرض الصلبان والأناجيل بطريقة ظاهرة للعيان، وقرع أجراس الكنائس، وممارسة الشعائر الدينية إلا ضمن الكنائس.

During the reporting period, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights received reports that, in Ar-Raqqa governorate, the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant imposed discriminatory measures on the Christian community, including prohibiting the building or repair of churches and monasteries, the display of crosses and bibles in a visible manner, the ringing of church bells and the practising of rituals unless in a church.

Durante el período que se examina, la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos recibió informes de que, en la provincia de Ar-Raqqa, el Estado Islámico del Iraq y el Levante impuso medidas discriminatorias a la comunidad cristiana, entre ellas la prohibición de construir o reparar iglesias y monasterios, la exhibición de cruces y biblias, el tañido de las campanas de las iglesias y la celebración de ritos fuera de las iglesias.

Durant la période à l’examen, le Haut-Commissariat aux droits de l’homme a reçu des informations selon lesquelles à Raqqa, l’État islamique d’Iraq et du Levant a imposé des mesures discriminatoires à la communauté chrétienne, notamment l’interdiction de construire ou réparer des églises ou des monastères, d’exhiber des croix ou des bibles de façon visible, de sonner les cloches des églises et de pratiquer des rites hors de l’église.

В отчетный период Управление Верховного комиссара Организации Объединенных Наций по правам человека получило сообщения о том, что в мухафазе Эр-Ракка организация «Исламское государство Ирака и Леванта» ввела дискриминационные меры в отношении христианской общины, в том числе запретив христианам возводить и ремонтировать церкви и монастыри, прилюдно демонстрировать кресты и библии, звонить в церковные колокола и отправлять обряды за пределами зданий церквей.
