ويقع على عاتق تركيا، بوصفها سلطة الاحتلال التي تمارس سيطرة فعلية على الجزء الشمالي من قبرص من خلال وجود 000 43 جندي تركي مدججين بالسلاح، التزام واضح بتقديم معلومات عن تنفيذ أحكام القرارات المذكورة أعلاه، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق باستعادة حقوق الإنسان للمشردين داخلياً والمفقودين فضلاً عن معلومات حول مسألة التغيير غير المشروع للتكوين الديمغرافي لقبرص.

As the occupying Power that exercises effective control over the northern part of Cyprus through the presence of 43,000 heavily armed Turkish troops, Turkey has a clear obligation to provide information concerning the implementation of the provisions of the above-mentioned resolutions, in particular with regard to the restoration of the human rights of internally displaced and missing persons, as well as on the issue of the illegal alteration of the demographic profile of Cyprus.

Como Potencia ocupante que ejerce un control efectivo sobre la parte septentrional de Chipre mediante la presencia de 43.000 militares turcos fuertemente armados, es claro que Turquía está obligada a proporcionar información sobre la aplicación de las disposiciones de las resoluciones mencionadas anteriormente, en particular en lo que respecta a la restauración de los derechos humanos de los desplazados internos y la personas desaparecidas, así como sobre la cuestión de la modificación ilícita del perfil demográfico de Chipre.

En tant que puissance occupante exerçant un contrôle effectif sur la partie nord de Chypre, matérialisé par la présence de 43 000 soldats turcs lourdement armés, la Turquie a clairement l’obligation de fournir des informations sur la mise en œuvre des dispositions des résolutions susmentionnées, s’agissant notamment du rétablissement des droits fondamentaux des personnes déplacées à l’intérieur du pays et des personnes disparues, ainsi que sur la question des modifications illégales de la structure démographique de Chypre.

В качестве оккупирующей державы, которая осуществляет фактический контроль над северной частью Кипра в результате присутствия 43-тысячной мощной группировки турецких войск, на Турцию возлагается четкое обязательство предоставлять информацию об осуществлении положений вышеупомянутых резолюций, в частности в том, что касается восстановления прав человека внутренне перемещенных и исчезнувших лиц, а также по вопросу о противозаконном изменении демографической структуры Кипра.
