يُصدِر رئيس الأمانة إيصالات فورية بكل التعهُّدات والمساهمات، ويُبلِّغ الأطراف مرة في السنة بحالة التعهُّدات المعقودة والمدفوعات من المساهمات، وذلك بنشر آخر المعلومات عنها على الموقع الشبكي للاتفاقية.

The head of the Secretariat shall acknowledge promptly the receipt of all pledges and contributions and shall inform the Parties by publishing on the Convention website up-to-date information on the status of pledges and payments of contributions.

El jefe de la Secretaría acusará recibo sin demora de todas las promesas y contribuciones e informará a las Partes del estado de las promesas de contribuciones y de su pago publicando información actualizada en el sitio del Convenio en la web.

Le Chef du Secrétariat accuse réception sans retard de toutes les annonces de contributions et de toutes les contributions acquittées et informe les Parties de l’état des contributions annoncées et acquittées par la publication d’informations actualisées sur le site Internet de la Convention.
