2.4.2 Je-li v Kupní smlouvě nebo v popisu Zboží na stránkách Internetového obchodu uvedeno, že se na Zboží vztahuje záruka na jakost, popř. je-li ke Zboží přiloženo prohlášení o záruce (tzv. záruční list), zavazuje se tímto Prodávající, že Zboží bude po určitou dobu způsobilé k použití pro obvyklý účel nebo že si zachová obvyklé vlastnosti.

17.3If the Seller for whatever cause is unable to make delivery of the Goods on the delivery date set out in the Contract or if the Seller is unable to perform any of its other obligations under the Contract, the Seller may, by notice in Writing to the Buyer, terminate the Contract or suspend the Contract without liability for any loss or damage thereby incurred by the Buyer.
