Oliveira (Observer for the Brazilian-Argentine Agency for Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials (ABACC)), also taking the floor at the invitation of the Chairman, said that the ABACC had been established for the purpose of managing and applying the Common System of Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials instituted in 1991 by Argentina and Brazil.
