At the regional level, CICAD is implementing the Inter-American Drug Control Telecommunications Network, a computer- and radio-based network that allows direct and timely communication between participating agencies for the exchange of information regarding the movement of illicit drugs and their precursor chemicals along the border areas of seven South American countries, namely Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.

A nivel regional, la Comisión Interamericana para el Control del Abuso de Drogas (CICAD) está poniendo en marcha la Red Interamericana de Telecomunicaciones para el Control de Drogas, red de telecomunicaciones informatizadas y basadas en la radio que permite una comunicación directa y oportuna entre los organismos participantes para el intercambio de información relacionada con el movimiento de drogas ilícitas y sus precursores químicos a lo largo de las zonas fronterizas de siete países sudamericanos, a saber, Bolivia, el Brasil, Chile, Colombia, el Ecuador, el Perú y Venezuela.

На региональном уровне СИКАД занимается внедрением Межамериканской телекоммуникационной сети для обмена информацией в области контроля над наркотиками, состоящей из компьютерных, радиокоммуникационных сетей, позволяющих участвующим учреждениям напрямую поддерживать между собой оперативную связь для обмена информацией о передвижениях незаконных наркотиков и их химических веществ-прекурсоров через пограничные области семи южноамериканских стран, а именно Боливии, Бразилии, Венесуэлы, Колумбии, Перу, Чили и Эквадора.
