Health Vaccination (Yellow Fever) In accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) International Health Regulations, travellers who, within the preceding six days have been in, or have passed through countries endemic for yellow fever, are required to produce a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate on arrival in Singapore.
