According to said improvements, the axial retention means of the stop body are disposed in the seat thereof, consisting of the mechanical interference between said retention body and the seat area in the intermediate narrowing of the microcontainer, which extend to limited areas on the periphery of the retention body with the purpose of freeing gaps intended for the passage of the sample by centrifugation from the mouth in the inlet of the microcontainer to the cylindrical or tubular body containing the reactant.

Los perfeccionamientos prevén la disposición de medios de retención axial del cuerpo de tope en su asiento, constituidos por la interferencia mecánica entre dicho cuerpo de retención y la zona de asiento en el mismo en el estrechamiento intermedio del microrrecipiente, que se extienden a zonas limitadas de la periferia del cuerpo de retención para dejar libres intersticios para el paso por centrifugación de la muestra desde la embocadura de entrada en el microrrecipiente hacia el cuerpo cilíndrico o tubular portador del reactivo.

L'invention concerne des améliorations apportées à des microrécipients, prévoyant l'utilisation d'éléments de rétention axiale du corps de butée dans son assise et l'interférence mécanique entre ledit corps de rétention et la zone d'assise de ce dernier située dans le rétrécissement intermédiaire du microrécipient. Ces éléments de rétention s'étendent vers des zones limites de la périphérie du corps de rétention pour laisser libre des interstices destinés au passage par centrifugation de l'échantillon, de l'embouchure d'entrée du microrécipient au corps cylindrique ou tubulaire porteur du réactif.
