Dieses Pattern ermöglicht es, den Prozess aus der jeweiligen Perspektive unterschiedlicher Rollen zu modellieren, z.B. den Prozess des Account Managers, der mit dem Kunden über bestimmte Incidents spricht, ohne zu wissen was der Second Level Support genau tut (wer gerade nicht weiß, wovon ich spreche, möge bitte einmal kurz auf dieses Prozessmodell schauen).

This allows you to model “the process of different roles”, e.g. the account manager responsible to talk to the customer for incidents, not knowing what the second level support is doing exactly (please have a look at this process model if you have no clue about what I am talking).
