ويتحدد بدل المرض بالمرتب الأساسي محسوبا بمتوسط المرتب المدفوع للطرف المؤمن عليه خلال الأشهر الستة السابقة قبل الشهر الذي حدثت فيه الحالة التي ينال هذا الطرف بسببها الحق في الحصول على بدل المرض.

Sickness allowance is determined by basic salary calculated on average salary paid to the insured party during past six months before the month in which the case occurred due to which she/he realizes right on sickness allowance.

El subsidio por enfermedad se determina en función del salario básico calculado a partir del salario medio que se ha pagado a la parte asegurada durante los últimos seis meses anteriores al mes en que se produce el caso por el cual la parte, sea hombre o mujer, adquiere el derecho a cobrar el subsidio por enfermedad.
