The libellus introducing the briefer process, in addition to those things enumerated in can. 1187, must: 1° set forth briefly, fully, and clearly the facts on which the petition is based; 2° indicate the proofs, which can be immediately collected by the judge; 3° exhibit the documents, in an attachment, upon which the petition is based.

Il libello con cui si introduce il processo più breve, oltre agli elementi elencati nel can. 1187, deve: 1° esporre brevemente, integralmente e chiaramente i fatti su cui si fonda la domanda; 2° indicare le prove, che possano essere immediatamente raccolte dal giudice; 3° esibire in allegato i documenti su cui si fonda la domanda.
