ترحب بدعم منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية للشراكة الجديدة من أجل تنمية أفريقيا وغيرها من برامج الاتحاد الأفريقي، ومنها الخطة الأفريقية لصناعة المستحضرات الصيدلانية، بهدف مواصلة تعزيز عملية التصنيع في أفريقيا بطرق منها دور المنظمة كمسؤولة عن عقد اجتماعات مجموعة الصناعة والتجارة والوصول إلى الأسواق، في إطار اجتماعات التشاور الإقليمي التي تقودها اللجنة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا؛

Welcomes the support of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization for the New Partnership for Africa's Development and other programmes of the African Union, including the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plan for Africa, aimed at further strengthening the industrialization process in Africa, inter alia, through its role as the convener of the industry, trade and market access cluster of the regional consultation meetings led by the Economic Commission for Africa
