Pokud príslušný orgán spadající pod jakoukoli jurisdikci rozhodne o nezákonnosti, neplatnosti nebo nevymahatelnosti kteréhokoli clánku, odstavce, ustanovení nebo vety této Smlouvy (dále jen "cást"), toto rozhodnutí vztahující se na jednu cást Smlouvy nebude mít vliv na: (i) zákonnost, platnost nebo vymahatelnost zbývajících cástí této Smlouvy ani (ii) na zákonnost, platnost nebo vymahatelnost této cásti v jakékoli jiné jurisdikci, pricemž tato cást bude pokud možno pouze omezena nebo, v prípade nutnosti, následne oddelena, a to v rozsahu nezbytném k tomu, aby Smlouva zustala platná a vymahatelná.

Severability. To the extent any section, clause, provision or sentence or part thereof ("Part") of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority in any jurisdiction, then such determination of that Part will not affect: (i) the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining Parts of this Agreement; or (ii) the legality, validity or enforceability of that Part in any other jurisdiction, and that Part will be limited if possible and only thereafter severed, if necessary, to the extent required to render the Agreement valid and enforceable.
