وذُكر أن الغرض من حذف الجملة الأولى هو تفادي التكرار، ولكن رئي أنه ينبغي الإبقاء على محتوى الجملة الأولى المتعلق بمقدار الضمانة التي يجب على الطرف المسيطر أن يقدّمها.
