URGES the range states to work with BirdLife International, IUCN, the CITES Secretariat, the International Association of Falconry and Conservation of Birds of Prey, the World Working Group on Birds of Prey and Owls and other stakeholders, to make a comprehensive evaluation of the global status of the Saker Falcon against IUCN criteria before the next Conference of the Parties to CITES in November 2004, and to take other actions deemed necessary as a result of their joint collaboration, in order to assure the long-term survival of healthy populations of the Saker Falcon throughout its range.

SE INSTA a los países que tienen poblaciones de Rapaces, el Grupo Mundial de Trabajo sobre Rapaces y otros agentes sociales para realizar una evaluación exhaustiva del estado de conservación mundial de la especie siguiendo los criterios de la UICN antes de la reunión del CITES en noviembre de 2004, y a tomar todas las medidas necesarias que resulten de esa colaboración, con el fin de asegurar la supervivencia a largo plazo de poblaciones viables de Halcón Sacre en su área de distribución.
