Before I reply to your question, I would like, on behalf of the Assembly and the people of Wales, to congratulate the Welsh seven-a-side rugby team, led by Paul John as trainer, and Lee Beach as captain, on its magnificent performance in winning the Rugby World Cup Sevens.
